特扎度假村 (TEZA Resort)

I made a review about the pool last time we were staying there… and this time it was good… a little refreshment… was good… everything nice at Teza. Ine little thing… shower in the bathroom spilling water all over the place…

This is essentially a motel that has a price tag of a 5-star hotel. Our room had very basic amenities with no lotion, soap, facial tissues, or shampoo provided. The TV was missing and the lock on our front door was broken.

We enjoyed our stay but there are just some little cons we experienced, it might differ from others. Room is very tidy and clean, the bed is very comfy but the pillow is not nice it’s very thin it feels like nothing. The Bathroom is quite spacious has a bidet but the water pressure in the shower is very slow wish they could fix that. And we noticed that there is only one mirror and that is in the bathroom which is kinda inconvenient. But overall service and staff are amazing and the food! Would still recommend!

the hotel is very far from the beach. The pool opens late and closes early.

Good and excellent

If you don't mind take a bike, is totally perfect this hotel. The amenities and the service very good and is not so expensive for the service The hotel staff was really nice, the only thing was that there are not many things next to the hotel and the food there is ok but is just that. Although the Santa Fe town is 4 minutes by bike or 50 pp in tuc tuc, so is ok to handle and I think it worth it.

"yung MANAGER mahirap kausap pero mababait yung ibang staff" Why? prior to our checking in sa Teza nag onboard sa barko and tumawag ako ng 2 times sa manager/phone number sa brochure nila sinagot niya and nagsalita ako ng maayos pero no response at worst pinatayan pako kaya nagtext nalang ako to confirm our booking para macheck kung pet friendly sila. Then, our booking at 訂房網站.com was for only 3 pax and we understand that, we gave an additional 1500 pesos for another 3 pax however, during stating of rules and regulation, the staff skipped the no pets allowed and parang nagpatay malisya afterwards nagsabi samin na bawal raw pets sabi ng manager then BAYARAN DAW NAMIN 2 DOGS FOR 500 each. We became frustated because of that isipin niyo NO PETS ALLOWED PERO SOBRANG DAMING ASO sa resort? Try to think of it kung may customer sila na allergic sa aso then no pets allowed binook nila tapos madaming aso diba? NAGCHECK KAMI SA SOCIAL MEDIA IT APPEARS NA PET FRIENDLY YUNG RESORT KAYA WE IMMEDIATELY BOOKED KAYSA MAUNAHAN SA BOOKING. ENDING WE LEFT THE RESORT SAD BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER'S DECISION. PLEASE INCLUDE SA DESCRIPTION NG TEZA NA NO PETS ALLOWED HINDI NA PARA TIGNAN YUNG POLICIES DAPAT MERON NA SA MAIN PAGE DESCRIPTION. Isipin niyo yung tao 500 bayad then yung pets 500 din bayad okay sana kung 200 mas maiintindihan kayo pero di kinonsider ng manager. :) Also, we had observed the following: - Hindi kita yung signage nila kapag papunta ka sa Teza Resort - Ongoing yung rennovation which is dapat nilalagyan ng barrier/tarapal para hindi makita - Maraming langaw sa resort during our stay
